Flame & Crust was born in Miami Beach in 2019. Today we proudly serve authentic wood-fired and New York style pizzas across Florida, Illinois and Ohio using only premium ingredients and traditional recipes.
Every pizza starts with our 72-hour fermented dough, San Marzano tomatoes imported from Italy, and fresh mozzarella made daily in-house. We believe in keeping it simple, keeping it fresh, and letting the flames do the rest.
